3. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and timely information when requested
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Ensure compliance with applicable tax and regulatory obligations
Not use our platforms for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes
Failure to comply may result in temporary suspension or termination of service.
4. Use of Software Tools & AI Features
You may gain access to software and digital tools developed by Wexley, including AI-assisted features.
You acknowledge and agree that:
These tools are for assistive purposes only and do not replace professional judgment
Output generated by automated systems (e.g. deadline reminders, draft reports) must be reviewed before acting
AI-generated content is provided “as-is” and may not be relied on for final legal or financial decisions
We take all reasonable measures to ensure reliability and accuracy, but no automated system is guaranteed to be 100% error-free.
5. Fees & Payment Terms
Fees for accounting services or software access are outlined in your engagement agreement, quote, or subscription plan.
Unless otherwise agreed:
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice
Late payments may incur interest or lead to service suspension
All prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, and systems developed by Wexley & Associates remain the intellectual property of the company unless explicitly transferred in writing.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or republish any part of our platform without prior written permission.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and process your information.
By using our services, you consent to our data handling practices as described.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wexley & Associates will not be liable for:
Losses resulting from inaccurate client-supplied data
Errors in third-party platforms or integrations
Interruptions due to maintenance, development, or external attacks
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is capped at the amount paid by you for services in the past 12 months, unless otherwise required by law.
9. Third-Party Integrations

While we take all care in managing these, we do not control their terms or operations and cannot be held liable for external service outages or errors.
10. Termination
